Growing up in South East Asian means…

…growing up with a wonderful diversity of tropical fruits and herbs in everyday meals - from savory to desserts. It's not a surprise to have more than ten different herbs in a typical Vietnamese desserts. Unlike Western culture where desserts are considered a sinful sugary treat. Vietnamese have desserts as snacks, as fruit treat, in some cases as herbal medicine. Inspired by this, we - a fashion retail entrepreneur, a food scientist, friends from 5th grade – have a desire to demystify the SEA nutritious ingredients; re-construct the components into unique shapes and presentation; bring to New York the most refreshing, most delicious, most nutritious fruits and herb driven desserts. Our desserts are rich of antioxidants, loaded with energy, essential vitamins and minerals.
